  • Phyllis also brought the fact about if we are going to allow all RCC employees to eat meals while on duty at a discount. After much discussion Mitch Larson moved that we make available to all RCC staff including, Clubhouse, Maintenance, & Pro Shop
    • 3 meals per week from a reduced price employee menu to be set by the clubhouse manager and committee.
    • This offer is extended to employees on shift working at least 6 hours per day with a maximum of 3 meals per week.

PRO SHOP/ TOURNAMENTS:

  • Golf Pro Steve Johnson reported that weather has affected the amount of play this past month.
  • Mitch Larson asked about those people who pay a trail fee and if both husband and wife want to play at the same time but with different groups why one of them would have to pay for a seat in one of country club’s owned carts. Steve Johnson explained that those couples can pay the difference between the trail fee and cart rental fee for the season and be covered for both.
  • Others who do not pay that difference on top of their trail fee can ride in a country club owned cart during mixed-pro ams and tournaments at no extra cost.

GREENS:

  • Greens Supt. Chris Thomas reported that he has found a source for getting sand for the bunkers at a much cheaper cost that what he has gotten in the past.
  • Because we can’t store all of the sand at the club we will store the excess until needed at B & B. In return they want to have a trail fee and season cart rental supplied by the club.
